If you’re on E and this is your only option for a gas station, let your car run out of gas and walk to the next nearest gas station to fill up a gas can before you go here. Just flat out rude employees no matter how friendly you are. Ive left irritated all but one time I ever walked into the store. I know it can’t be too fun to work there but they could at least try to make the best of it. ~Celeste

Visit the Union street branch Tuesday morning 7/19/22 in Concord. Customer service does not existed, One teller inside and 2 other people in offices Customer service is very much lacking at Truist Bank after your merger. I stood at your customer service 20 minutes with no response from any one not as much as a greeting. Will definitely be finding a new bank to bank with ~Kelly
