THE WORST convenience store I’ve ever been into! Seriously… i’ve come into the store 2-3 in the last two weeks, there’s no one visible that works there. The one person I saw walk out the door with a cigarette in her hand refuses to speak to me because she knows I’m angry. I REPEATEDLY want to buy a SLUSHIE or LIPTON TEA, but THEY ARE EMPTY! ALL the TIME! If you stick your head around the corner and ask whoever is working at the register, IF you can even find someone there, they REFUSE to even talk to you! Unbelievable! I finally got a response tosay, after I yelled WHO WORKS HERE???. I was told “the slushy machine is resetting. ; (maybe put a SIGN UP??!) And the TEA is NEVER in that container~ You will have to buy something in the refrigerated section, if we even have it.” WoW… REALLY,?????? Why not TAKE THOSE NON WORKING machines OUT???! I’m blown away by the lack of care and regard for any kind of decency and professional behavior. I will literally never ever come here again, and I live within 2 miles. The trouble is not worth it!! HIRE SOMEBODY WHO CARES!!

Tonight at 10:30pm on 3/18/2022, how can this store location put up a sign on the door stating that they are closed during the overnight shift due to staffing shortage.... it's 10:30pm. That does not count as the overnight shift. Also, if you're going to close a store location...then how is one to purchase gas at cash price? If you're going to be closed...you can't force people to pay credit/debit card prices. Come on circle k... you've got to do better! If you don't have staff....the manager should be working then!

There is an employee who works there who wreaks of weed and stares me down every time I come into that store. I REFUSE to step foot in there again bc I feel so incredibly uncomfortable. Her name is Alexis. And she’s super rude and disrespectful. Like I said, I won’t step foot in there until she’s fired.

Usually there's good feedback from me about this store, but this morning's service has to be the worst! I stopped for my usual morning coffee just for there to not be ANY made. There was 1 person behind the counter while 2 others were outside smoking and laughing like they had nothing to do, morning's MONDAY MORNINGS AT THAT, are wayy too busy at Circle K to be outside smoking and laughing while 1 person struggles to stay afloat, this particular crew needs to tighten up!!

**Update: It appears the credit has now come through. But in either case it took 3 weeks from when I first reached out for the refund. I feel the manager of that location should have taken a different approach and been more helpful.** I was double charged for gas at this location on November 1st. I have called and spoke to a manager twice who told me both times it was my credit card company’s fault and there’s nothing they can do about it. She did give me the corporate number which I called and had to leave a message and no return call as of today. I filed a claim with my credit card company to dispute this extra charge and it will take 45-90 days to process! I was just told yesterday when I called to follow up with my credit card company to not expect a response or the money back until January 2019 😡 This is unacceptable. Circle K has money that is not rightfully theirs and I’m the one being put through the ringer to get it back. My credit card company even stated the best way to handle this situation is for the merchant to work with me and issue me a credit but instead they are being difficult. I will never give business to this location ever again.

Great gas station. Always clean, a lot of pumps, well lit so you don't feel uncomfortable to go at night. Staff is nice too.
