Domt come to this store they will put more money on the pump than you ask for and then when you confront them then all of a sudden they don't know what there talking about and try to act like they have no clue then try to say it's a hold that the bank puts on the card That's only if you pay at the pump they don't do that if you pay inside. These people pray on non educated people but they got the wrong one because I know how things work I pay attention and read everything

Clean. But their snacks are over priced. QT across the street has much better cost. 2.99 for a 12oz monster when everywhere else is 2.50 for 20oz? Geeeezzz

I got bad gas from there in November and have proof it cost me over 1,000 to have fixed and they will not do anything about it!!!

I went in to get a soda and cash in 2 winning scratch tickets. There was a woman customer at the counter still in the process of her purchase. The young gal behind the counter who I have never seen before told me my purchase total while I was still in the line 12 feet away. She didn't even know about my scratch tickets yet. She called me to the counter while the other woman was still collecting her purchased items and attempting to leave. As I got to the counter, the gal told me my price again for the soda but I wanted to cash in my tickets. I told her not to rush the other woman out to get to me as that was rude. She became very argumentative and rude to me. To calm the situation I told her we should just take care of my transactions. She checked my winning tickets but I wanted $50 more of the same tickets and she was already starting to give me the cash for the 2 tickets. Now I have $2.00 ready to pay for the soda but she's already trying to give me more money back than I expected. Apparently my tickets were worth double and when I asked her and the young man about that, they refused to explain or show how. After leaving the store I realized that I had forgotten to scratch the bonus games on the back of both tickets. I've never been treated so badly by an employee at this store before, and I stop in frequently!!

It's a convenience store mated to a gas station, not much to write home about. Definitely above average, though. Clean, well lit, good location. I've never been in the bathrooms here, I can't speak for those. The air pump is nice, you can set it to a certain PSI and it'll beep at you when it reaches that PSI. The QT across the street has a better store, but the entry/exit feels more dangerous. I started coming here when my old favorite gas station stopped reading my card, and now this is my new favorite gas station.

Wow! Clean store, clean restroom, friendly and helpful attendants. Conveniently located and pumps work smoothly. They even have hand sani and gloves to use when pumping to slow the spread of virus and germs! Way to go Circle K Concord👏🏼

It's nothing worse than paying at the pump, pressing the option for receipt, and the screen telling you to see the cashier.

Great customer service!! Every time I enter the station, I'm always glad to see my two favorite cashiers, Brittany & Falan, grace me with their amazing customer service. And every time I go, they never fail to tell me to "take it easy". Five stars.

I went to Circle K this morning to have my lottery tickets checked and buy my coffee like I always did there. And the girl behind the counter told me she was too busy to check my tickets! I spend a lot of money there every month , I will never come to this place again there was nobody there that she was too busy to help me out. I left I went to the Circle K up the street from my home and they were happy to help me out never again

Love coming in here! Love conversating with the 2nd shift girls- I call them the Dynamic Duo! Very friendly employees, clean, stocked well and I feel safe stopping here. Well lit too.
