The customer service was quick, but when I left and arrived home to further inspect my hair cut, one side was much longer than the other and the hair dresser failed to frame one side of hair. I am very displeased with my hair and I know I should've said something about the other side needing to be framed, but to pay $18 for a very simple hair cut and not get what you asked for is upsetting. I have had three appointments with Kelvin, and each time has been a wonderful experience. I have long, fine, naturally curly hair that can get tangled and break easily. I’m tenderheaded and hate when stylists rip through my hair or use too much heat and leave my hair smelling burned. Kelvin took lots of care and time to be gentle handling my hair and use the correct amount of heat for my hair type and texture to keep my hair healthy. When cutting my hair, Kelvin communicated with me to make sure he was not taking off too much length. I’m very happy with my hair because Kelvin is knowledgeable about the products and services that best help me achieve my hair goals! I highly recommend Kelvin for your hair styling needs! ~Jordan
