I love this store. I’m horrible about getting returns in so I always bring them this huge bag of stuff, from multiple orders, and they are ALWAYS so courteous and helpful. This isn’t usually my experience with other stores so it is very much appreciated. Plus, the store is always clean, organized and stocked and the employees are friendly.

This is my wife's favorite store. All these years. I never knew that there was anything in there for me, but they do, however, sell a awesome assortment of men's colognes. There's probably other things for me and too. But either way I enjoyed shopping there and you should check out the store. Now. They are short staff so there wasn't many people to help out but I'm sure that's a temporary problem.

Drove 2 1/2 hours back home and realized the lady gave me the wrong concealer. A 30 dollar plus purchase. I'm completely out and now have to make a special trip back to return it this weekend. I don't live near another store. I'm NOT happy

The worst employees! Every time I walk into this Ulta there will be employees standing around the cash register just staring at you and they don't greet you or welcome you in. It's just rude and everyone is very unhelpful. I feel so uncomfortable shopping at this location bc even when I do need help finding something it seems like no one wants to, so I feel bad even asking. I love Ulta so it's really disappointing and I usually walk out of this one empty handed bc I feel uncomfortable even shopping at this location.

Horrible customer service. I bought a product on the app and had to pick it up the next day. An associate helped me pick out the correct color and the sales associate refused to process the return that day and told me I would also have to pay the price difference for a product that was no longer on sale. Customer service told me to speak to the manager. When I went inside to do so, the associate pretended to be the manager and later revealed the other manager was too busy to help me. Fortunately, the real manager eventually processed the return. I will no longer be shopping here.

I have never been treated so poorly in my life. I made a purchase two weeks ago, I thought the receipt would go to my email since I have an Ulta account, I never received the receipt on my email and neither a printed one. Ok, I went back a week later to return some items and told them that I never received any form of receipt, they told me that I should contact Costumer service and have them pull up my receipt and send to me. I contacted costumer service by phone, they sent me an email assuring that I should go back to the store and they should be able to pull up the information using the same credit card I used to buy the products. I went back to the store (45 minutes drive) and they did not accept the products back, they didn’t even try to use my credit card to get the information. The lady called the manager and he was extremely rude, he yelled at me saying that without a receipt I couldn’t do anything and they’re clearly annoyed by the fact that I’m not a native English speaker and they had to ask to repeat some of the words. They never gave me a receipt and they treat me like that. It was very humiliating. I have never seen a place treat the costumers as this, almost every single store in the us accept the products back using the credit card and Ulta simply can’t even though they never gave me any receipt.

Have tried to give this particular location numerous chances because I know people have bad days and things happen but I have found this store to consistently have terrible customer service including during my most recent visit. I specifically drove all the way to the store to pick up an item that was on sale after checking online to make sure they had it in stock. I go to the store and the product was no where to be seen and there weren't really associates on the floor. I stood in the checkout line so that I could ask the associate at the register about the product and she said it should be over by the front and I explained it wasnt with the other sale items. She then said we prolly dont have it. She checked with another associate who I explained about this item being on sale today only and showed her the app and that it was in stock at their location. She said yes it looks like it should be on sale but I dont see it up here and that if we had it it would be on the display by checkout. I told her I didnt see it there but she just responded that it would only be there(without helping me look even though I asked) and walked away. I looked for a while myself but had no luck, couldnt find anyone again so stood in line again and let the person at the register know I wasnt able to find it and she said we probably dont have it. I asked if the store could order it for me because I know in other stores they have offered that but she said they couldnt because their system was down. I know that can haappen but it just didnt seem like anyone wanted to help with a solution after I had wasted a ton of time driving down for in store pick up. Just dissappointed and still did not get the item I wanted

I have had three appointments with Kelvin, and each time has been a wonderful experience. I have long, fine, naturally curly hair that can get tangled and break easily. I’m tenderheaded and hate when stylists rip through my hair or use too much heat and leave my hair smelling burned. Kelvin took lots of care and time to be gentle handling my hair and use the correct amount of heat for my hair type and texture to keep my hair healthy. When cutting my hair, Kelvin communicated with me to make sure he was not taking off too much length. I’m very happy with my hair because Kelvin is knowledgeable about the products and services that best help me achieve my hair goals! I highly recommend Kelvin for your hair styling needs!

First, I am transgender and I felt safe and supported shopping here. I worked with a customer associate named Dena and she was knowledgeable, kind, and an extremely good teacher. She took me through what I had been doing then walked me through products that would work with my fair Scottish skin. I highly recommend going to this store to get your beauty supplies but more importantly to be informed about the products and what may work best for you. Dena get's high praise as I felt comfortable talking with her which has been tough for me. Thanks again for a great experience.

Staff was very kind helps me with all my questions since it's hard to pick out makeup, cuz you can't try it on right now due to the pandemic. This Southpoint location is great they have such a huge selection of makeup in this particular Ulta. They also offer curbside pickup I tried to take a picture of that and I also found joico k-pak shampoo and conditioner the large sizes both only $17 each on sale. They also had the joico purple and blue color shampoo and conditioner large sizes on sale for the same price. But it's a very clean store everybody wears a mask they do offer the curbside pickup and I just love this Ulta.
