I have had three appointments with Kelvin, and each time has been a wonderful experience. I have long, fine, naturally curly hair that can get tangled and break easily. I’m tenderheaded and hate when stylists rip through my hair or use too much heat and leave my hair smelling burned. Kelvin took lots of care and time to be gentle handling my hair and use the correct amount of heat for my hair type and texture to keep my hair healthy. When cutting my hair, Kelvin communicated with me to make sure he was not taking off too much length. I’m very happy with my hair because Kelvin is knowledgeable about the products and services that best help me achieve my hair goals! I highly recommend Kelvin for your hair styling needs! ~Jordan

I needed my makeup done for a wedding that I was in 7/21/19. I came into Nordstrom 12pm day of the wedding (wedding was at 5pm) I walked over to the MAC counter and explained my situation to the young lady and immediately without hesitation they were excited and happy to help me. Beyond exceptional service. Very pleased and happy with the service they provided. I wish I could remember the young lady who did my makeup so I can call her and find out what she used. I received so many compliments that even the bride wanted to know where I got my make up done just so she can go and have her makeup done by the young lady. ~LaToya

This pharmacy is horrible to deal with. The main woman answering the phones is rude, dismissive, and has trouble understanding English making it hard for customers to communicate effectively with her. She has no patience and acts like basic requests are a hassle to her life when she’s the one getting paid. ~Kathleen
