Made me wait 20 minutes after script was ready because they are too lazy to call a name. Got script wrong by +43 pills. Can't count or a drug dealers haven right here. Tried to convince me I was wrong about my script so I had to pull it up. Made me wait another 15 minutes to remove the pills. Don't understand why it takes so long. Maybe they dropped out of 1st grade?

Such amazing employees at this location, EXCEPT FOR ONE TERRIBLE EMPLOYEE!!! I go to this cvs because their pharmacist, Dr. Dates is so kind & amazing! But so are most of the employees, especially Makeba!! I would like to speak to the general manager about a specific incident though. On June 5, 2022, my mom and I were in line for the pharmacy. Dr. Dates was there all day by herself, and around 4:15pm on Sunday my mom and I were in the pharmacy line, it was super long, we’ve never seen it so busy! The line was all the way down the isle. While my mom and I were in line I left the line to go purchase non-pharmacy items. I got to the checkout line at the front of the store and there’s EIGHT people in line… I’ve never seen a line like this at a CVS on a Sunday… I noticed that the line was going very SLOW because the only register was the 1 self check-out register… and I noticed a guy (who I later asked for his name and he told me, Miles) he was behind the counter & on his cell phone with someone just laughing & talking about inappropriate/unprofessional things. He saw the line, people asked if he could check them out, and he pointed to the self check-out register. I was very surprised because usually CVS employees are nice or at least not rude & immature. An elderly man was up next to checkout & he told me that I could go ahead of him because he didn’t know how to use the self check-out register, so I simply asked the guy behind the counter (Miles) to help the gentlemen & check him out, Miles was extremely annoyed & started checking the man out WHILE STILL ON THE PHONE!!!! After I purchased my items I went back to the pharmacy to look for my mom. The line moved a little bit, we had about 3 people in front of us, and it was 4:50pm. Long story short the Pharmacist, Dr. Dates called over the intercom for Miles, she said that Miles was needed at the pharmacy. A Few minutes later he still didn’t show up, so she called again over the store speaker, 5 minutes later still no Miles…. She went to call again and the phone didn’t work… so I went to the front of the store because I thought maybe he had headphones in and didn’t hear her…. I saw him sitting behind the front counter, (behind a wall…I had to pop my head over the counter to even see him). And this is how our conversation went: Me: hey what’s your name? Miles: Miles…why? Me: perfect! The pharmacist needs your help. Miles: I’m not moving…**he then rolled his eyes and pointed at the counter.** Miles: I ain’t work at the pharmacy. Do I look like a pharmacist? Me: okay well she called you for help… Miles: I heard her… I unplugged the speaker Me: you should probably at least let her know you heard her so she doesn’t keep calling for you Miles: nah. She can’t get a hold of me Me: you’re the rudest and most unprofessional CVS employee I’ve ever met.. I will be speaking to your manager Miles: go ahead bi*ch, I don’t care. **then he continued playing on his phone…. ** As I was walking back to the pharmacy I saw an employee stocking shelves and she asked how my day was, I ask her if she could help the pharmacist, she jumped into action and went straight to help Dr. Dates. This employee name is Makeba, and she was so sweet and professional. Dr. Dates and Makeba deserve raises or at least employee of the quarter. Miles deserves to be taken off the schedule.

I love CVS but this is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Nobody ever works. They hide in the back to avoid customers. They don’t even have shopping baskets.

This pharmacy is horrible to deal with. The main woman answering the phones is rude, dismissive, and has trouble understanding English making it hard for customers to communicate effectively with her. She has no patience and acts like basic requests are a hassle to her life when she’s the one getting paid.

ok so yesterday went to pick up my prescription. i asked about how you find the welcare list the pharmacist was slightly rude and was no help. then picked up prescription had a few more items the next woman said i had to take them upfront. just so i will be clear the pharmacy is only ringing up prescriptions. so everytime you have to make 2 transactions?

If there is a way for zero star, this store deserves it. Store was closed at 8:12, it should be open at 8:00. Store representative without any explanation says store will open at 8:30. No any respect to costumer.

Horribly long wait times whether you go through the drive-through or pick up at the counter. Notorious for giving the wrong prescription. Makes it the customer’s responsibility to ask what they are picking up. They will not verify with you what they have for pick up while you are there. Per pharmacist, they give you whatever is up for a refill. Wish I could go someplace else but this pharmacy is close to my home. Sat in the drive-through for 15 minutes one time while the clerk looked out the window to see how many cars were left in line. When my time came up,He promptly closed the window at 8:00 instead of telling waiting cars to come into the store for pick up. had to go in and demand my medication. Horrible horrible horrible customer service!

Like the rest of the reviews here, this is the worst, most ineffective, and least empathetic pharmacy I have ever used. They show little concern for patients, their online tools are broken or inaccurate, it is very hard to get someone on the phone. Employees need considerable training in interpersonal skills. The experience is poor in the drive thru, in the pharmacy, and on the phone. CVS corporate must hold this location accountable. My wife and I are looking for another pharmacy now after giving them chance after chance for over a year.

Horrible CVS ever been. I was here for booster shot. Pharmacist, Sarah, is so unprofessional. it was such bad experience for me. I was couple of min late . I was made to wait for 15min. And pharmacist came she was so impatient and restless that she poked the shot so hard. It pained so much. I thought she did this on purpose. I regretted to have to come to this place!

Front store staffs need to learn how to provide good customer service: learn when to apologize for their mistake(s) and acknowledge it. To get the full refund we had to go back to the store multiple times when this issue could have been resolved on the very day of refund. Don't just defer the issue to 1800SHOPCVS (not helpful because the refund have to be done in store setting) because you don't feel like taking the right actions to rectify your mistakes. That just poor service and lack of training when especially you call yourself the manager of the store.
