My granbaby gets his hair cut there. Never again. Those ladies have a problem with certain blacks meaning my granbaby. We experienced it yesterday. Wont go into details yall showed yall true colors yesterday. Service: Haircut

The customer service was quick, but when I left and arrived home to further inspect my hair cut, one side was much longer than the other and the hair dresser failed to frame one side of hair. I am very displeased with my hair and I know I should've said something about the other side needing to be framed, but to pay $18 for a very simple hair cut and not get what you asked for is upsetting. Was at the south square Durham location. Poor customer service. Rushed right through the haircut. Craftsmanship left a lot to be desired. Do not recommend this location.

Good place to catch COVID-19! Sign on the door says masks required, but personnel walking around without masks except when actually cutting hair. When I sat in the chair I asked the stylist to pull the mask over her nose, and she refused, so I left.

Titi (hope I’m spelling that right) really took the time to listen and gave me an excellent haircut!! Not just a Great Clips excellent haircut, but one of the best haircuts I’ve ever gotten anywhere. She listened enough to figure out to use a different guard (a 6 instead of a 4 on the back and the sides) and it’s perfect! I’m sure I’m like a lot of people during Covid who’s been going longer between haircuts, so when we go it’s especially important to look good. She took just that extra minute or two to make sure it was just right. I was the second to the last customer and I could tell the associates were tired. The hours were modified and they were having to close early because they just don’t have enough help. Maybe Great Clips could pay more to keep these talented and dedicated employees and recruit more. I always have a great experience when I get a hair cut at Great Clips. My stylist is Teshia and has been for awhile now, she is such a sweetheart and always professional, she gives me the short stylist cut each and every time. If she's not working on a day, I will not allow anyone else to cut me, she is an asset to Great Cuts!
