Jus bought first home closed january got furniture about a month ago kept Fiancé kept getting bit went to hospital have cream thought he was allergic to something next day more bites I remove furniture and little and behold ducking bed big infestation I AM so hurt so mad I’m going first thing in the morning to get my money back b get a lawyer for fees to have my house treated it’s going to hv to be treated a few times took this out of my house put in plastic in shed and covered weather is good no rain now mild in building took pics as well just in case I haven’thsd furniture a good month and this ohh noooo I’m so devastated my first home and now this I feel embarrassed n discusses took everything or my house now it empty and being treating it all day find 8 this morning hvnt had furniture a month ~Blacc

We went into this store today and Lenard gave us THE BEST customer service! He greeted us when we entered the store, gave us space to browse and came back to check on us. He answered ALL of our questions and was very patient with us!!! He was a joy and pleasure to work with. Knowledgeable and honest with us. We appreciate all of his help and insight. I waited a while to post a review. I had hope they would respond to me. They did not. I am sad, not mad. I trusted that this being a local discount dealer that they would have certain policies in place to insure that you are getting the best deal on a recliner. I was very wrong. Please do a web search of the specific item you are interested. Colfax does not take returns. They do not do refunds for any reason. They do not price match before or after the purchase. The recliner I chose was SEVERAL hundred dollars less at EVERY SINGLE OTHER COMPANY I FOUND. I reached out to them to maybe split the difference. Not an option according to them. To summarize the conversation, she said too bad, can't help you, you should have shopped around. Also made some bad analogies. I have been in retail sales for most of my life. I do not understand a company NOT wanting repeat business. So, read their policies ahead of time if you decide to roll the dice with Colfax. I will not be a customer again. ~L
