Jus bought first home closed january got furniture about a month ago kept Fiancé kept getting bit went to hospital have cream thought he was allergic to something next day more bites I remove furniture and little and behold ducking bed big infestation I AM so hurt so mad I’m going first thing in the morning to get my money back b get a lawyer for fees to have my house treated it’s going to hv to be treated a few times took this out of my house put in plastic in shed and covered weather is good no rain now mild in building took pics as well just in case I haven’thsd furniture a good month and this ohh noooo I’m so devastated my first home and now this I feel embarrassed n discusses took everything or my house now it empty and being treating it all day find 8 this morning hvnt had furniture a month

These people are crazy, we were renting a Xbox from them and when we asked them to come pick it up because it is not what we wanted they was talking about we switched the serial number on it and they can not take it back, please save yourself some time and don't rent from these people. I forget to mention when they deliver anything that they are never on time and also in the times of the Covid-19 they have delivery drivers that will come in your home with no mask infecting everyone in your home...

My fiance and I purchased a bed frame and mattress from this store. It took almost three weeks to receive the bed due to them ordering for us which was understandable. After our bed was delivered and put up by Modern and the manager Jonas, about three weeks later the wood planks under the bed frame broke due to dry rotted wood. We have contacted the store about the issue which they came out and cleared the wood and set a metal rail inside of the bed frame and they stated they would come back and fix the bed frame and the railing since we had purchased a warranty. It has been 8 months we have continued to inform them each month about this issue and all they care about is the payment. Jonas the manager has been out to our house 3 times to stand and look and promise they are going to fix it or reduce our pay off and it still has not happened. It’s ashamed you pay a extra $7.00 a month for a warranty that you can not use. It’s not fair to the customer that you work hard to have nice things and you get screwed over by the merchant. Make sure you do your research before you sign your contract if you purchase, and don’t except the warranty because it is extra money out of pocket for you not to have access to use if something goes wrong.

I've been a customer for at least 8 years & bought everything from furniture to electronics. Good business practices. Friendly staff. If you should have problems with payment options, they will work with you until you get straightened out. We've bought living room furniture, televisions, tablets, refrigerator, & mattress sets.

Good customer service but the furniture isn't really impressive. They could be more affordable considering Aaron's is a big competitor but their store is empty most days, prices are high, and the furniture looks small.

Since day 1 when I walked into modern home furniture,I was greeted and was welcomed. I had a issue had came up to where I was unable to make a full payment and the team was able to ensure me that it was going to be okay .I am pleased and recommend anyone to go to this store . My experience was great!! Customer service was excellent !! Everyone was really nice & friendly. Had a lot of jokes so I laughed the whole time literally. Very fast service and next day delivery. Explained the agreement throughly.. I’d give them 10 stars! :-D
