Visited yesterday and all staff was out sick except Shaughn. I needed a new phone and even though he had to get his local internet to work, my new phone would not authorize, my old phone was so dysfunctional that he had to fight it and there were 3 other customers waiting, he never lost his cool! He just kept doing his job very efficiently. I hope all the staff and management appreciate his hard work.

I initially had a good experience with the manager, but got the run around trying to return the phone and wasted time and gas trying to get TCC to take it back. Verizon would not take it back, and it turns out this is not a Verizon store, but only an authorized dealer. Big difference.
