Bought a bunkbed for grandson. Teresa was friendly on phone. Tried to purchase over phone but was told had to come in to show ID. Didn't understand that at all and while was there two days later to purchase, no ID was asked for. But paid fir delivery and setup,gentlemen were punctual and pleasant. Grandson loves hid new bunk bed.

Everyone was helping from the moment I entered and was greeted by Mr. Hurley. Service was wonderful. Delivery was at the times provided and was quick and efficient. The gentlemen that delivered were very respectful and were very courteous that the delivery was being made while I was working in the same space. If you want a great experience I recommend Colfax they are a welcome customer service experience that is lost in this day and age. Thank you so much.

I had a very pleasant shopping experience. My sales Rep was very patient with us. She asked us what we were looking for, showed us where everything was located and then allowed us to look around without being pushy. She then came back to show us the features of what we were looking for. We were allowed to leave the store, make our decision and then come back in to close the sale.Our delivery was timely and the guys were very professional.

I came to look for twin over full bunk beds for my two boys who share a room/like to sleep in the same bed most nights in the last few months. We found exactly what I wanted, and Shawn Hosseinzadeh was an attentive salesperson. The beds were not in stock when I first decided to buy but they ended up coming in about a month earlier than expected and my kids are very happy with them. Delivery and assembly was very affordable and the workers finished assembling right as o needed to go to bus stop to pick up my child! Highly recommend!

We had looked at many places for furniture. Colfax had a large selection, with reasonable prices. Our salesman was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. The delivery guys were exceptional. Getting the sofa in proved to be a challenge. They were able to get it in, and setup, to our satisfaction.

Teresa was really helpful with my purchase of a dresser. I called the day before I came in and she showed every dresser I might want to purchase and more. But I chose the one online that I seen and she helped me order it and promised that it was going to be assembled which I need it to be and my dresser came a week later to my house and the crew was really helpful they brought it up to my room and it was assembled. Thanks Teresa and colfax furniture!!

Very unsatisfactory experience. Bought many items from this location over the years. Bought a sectional went to pick up at the warehouse. Worker could not find my furniture and I waited over hour and half. Somehow the warehouse lost 2 units. Then we went back to the showroom store to get the display piece. We asked for a discount manager Jamie would not mark down anything request denied Other employees confirm there confirm she could have but shows favoritism to white people.

Very expensive compared to other comparable stores. Prices seem to be raised then a discount is offered on the higher price.

I waited a while to post a review. I had hope they would respond to me. They did not. I am sad, not mad. I trusted that this being a local discount dealer that they would have certain policies in place to insure that you are getting the best deal on a recliner. I was very wrong. Please do a web search of the specific item you are interested. Colfax does not take returns. They do not do refunds for any reason. They do not price match before or after the purchase. The recliner I chose was SEVERAL hundred dollars less at EVERY SINGLE OTHER COMPANY I FOUND. I reached out to them to maybe split the difference. Not an option according to them. To summarize the conversation, she said too bad, can't help you, you should have shopped around. Also made some bad analogies. I have been in retail sales for most of my life. I do not understand a company NOT wanting repeat business. So, read their policies ahead of time if you decide to roll the dice with Colfax. I will not be a customer again.
