Allen not only assisted me but showed genuine concern about my car issue and made sure l had accurate information before purchasing a part that cost almost $100.00. I'm a senior citizen and to have someone that concerned was SO REFRESHING AND HEARTFELT. I was told to go to this specific Advance Auto and l am so glad l did!!! Huuuuge shout out to Liz!!!! I didn’t know what was going on with vehicle, she was fast, knowledgeable and most importantly HELPFUL! Admittedly I don’t know anything about cars, after telling her that, she could tell I needed help/understood the vibe and IMMEDIATELY took charge, told me exactly what I needed and even came back outside to show me where to pour it and gave me all the info I needed to save my ride. I came to the store. One employee out side the store . For about 30 minutes. Talking to a woman. And the other. Employee trying to help about 4 customers before me. John is the guys name that helped everyone. While the other guy flirting with a women out side. Wow. I spent 35 minutes. Just to pick up a order that was payed for yesterday. John you did a great job. Far as the other guy.. O'Reilly , your waste time with him. Your Losing money. ~Joe
