6 Best auto parts store in Greenville, North Carolina (NC) 2024

Allen not only assisted me but showed genuine concern about my car issue and made sure l had accurate information before purchasing a part that cost almost $100.00. I'm a senior citizen and to have someone that concerned was SO REFRESHING AND HEARTFELT. I was told to go to this specific Advance Auto and l am so glad l did!!! I bought the part and a customer/mechanic heard my plight put the part on in the parking lot in less than 10 minutes at no charge. Yes, it was AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE! March 20, 2022 ~Sally

Huuuuge shout out to Liz!!!! I didn’t know what was going on with vehicle, she was fast, knowledgeable and most importantly HELPFUL! Admittedly I don’t know anything about cars, after telling her that, she could tell I needed help/understood the vibe and IMMEDIATELY took charge, told me exactly what I needed and even came back outside to show me where to pour it and gave me all the info I needed to save my ride. I came to the store. One employee out side the store . For about 30 minutes. Talking to a woman. And the other. Employee trying to help about 4 customers before me. John is the guys name that helped everyone. While the other guy flirting with a women out side. Wow. I spent 35 minutes. Just to pick up a order that was payed for yesterday. John you did a great job. Far as the other guy.. O'Reilly , your waste time with him. Your Losing money. ~Joe

Terrell was very kind and professional with helping me determine wether or not my vehicle required a new battery. He ran a diagnostic test which showed a new battery was not needed but found that corrosion was present on the connection. Terrell quickly clean the part (taking more of his personal time) to ensure the battery had a good connection and ran properly. He also took his time to show me the problem and the step he took to correct it. Needless to say, Terrell saved me hundreds of dollars I would have had to spend anywhere else. It was a breath of fresh air to meet someone with as much integrity, honesty, and skill as Terrell when dealing with my vehicle. Thank you. I will be back!!! ~Jennifer

Good service. Mixed up my paint colors with out a problems. A little expensive for 2 cans of spray paint . But I recommend this store 🏬. ~tony

I was skipped by a few men in line and when it was addressed by me to an employee or management (couldn't see name tag) he told me he was in the back and just came up to help someone spending money. I reminded him that I spent over 100.00 for a strut to my Honda, and i was only picking up my purchased. I was so upset at the way I was handled. I will not be visiting the store (unless I need a refund ) on memorial in greenville nc. ~Yvonne
