I’ve been riding around with a blown head light for about 2 weeks just to avoid the hassle of stopping and getting it changed. I stopped by auto zone and the staff there was very helpful and friendly, Especially Mr.Terrell K. Not only did he assist me with my headlight but he went above and beyond to educate me on proper procedures , thanks Auto Zone and thanks to Mr.Terrell K. for making it a pleasant experience with your organization.

Terrell was very kind and professional with helping me determine wether or not my vehicle required a new battery. He ran a diagnostic test which showed a new battery was not needed but found that corrosion was present on the connection. Terrell quickly clean the part (taking more of his personal time) to ensure the battery had a good connection and ran properly. He also took his time to show me the problem and the step he took to correct it. Needless to say, Terrell saved me hundreds of dollars I would have had to spend anywhere else. It was a breath of fresh air to meet someone with as much integrity, honesty, and skill as Terrell when dealing with my vehicle. Thank you. I will be back!!!

Terrell K. was so helpful and ultra kind to me! He was super knowledgeable and gave me some real good advice that my vehicle's manual didn't even share in any way. I was in, out and taken care of in less than 10 minutes. Thanks so much! If you're in Greenville, Autozone A is the one you should go to if you're on that side of town or can make it over there.

I came in to get some suspension parts for my wjfes car.. everyone was busy, i was greated by tge staore manager and was told that tgey would be waited on next. that woman knows her stuff..i struvgled with some parts but she was pateint with me...very perfessional and good knowledge,i been a customer at autozone for over 20 years...i know,i know!
