Needed fuses for my amp. Went in and asked if someone could just come and LOOK and tell me what fuse to buy. I was told they werent allowed to do fuses. And that if u purchased fuses they cant be returned even if u dont open the package.......So i bought 2 packs of fuses. 1 package had ALL 20 amp fuses, one had 1 OF EACH AMP FUSE AND A FUSE PULLER TOOL. So i bought that, went out and pulled the fuse out myself, saw that it required a 25 amp fuse. So i had to go back inside and buy my 3rd package of fuses... ( because even though i didnt open the 20 amp fuses and had just bought them minutes before, i couldnt trade them for the 25 amp package i NEEDED) In conclusion, dont go there expecting any help with fuses, just expect to purchase all that they have on hand and figure the rest out on your own. Or just go to a professional...This is my LAST day EVER purchasing anything from ADVANCE AUTO on memorial dr behind WALGREENS.

Huuuuge shout out to Liz!!!! I didnโt know what was going on with vehicle, she was fast, knowledgeable and most importantly HELPFUL! Admittedly I donโt know anything about cars, after telling her that, she could tell I needed help/understood the vibe and IMMEDIATELY took charge, told me exactly what I needed and even came back outside to show me where to pour it and gave me all the info I needed to save my ride. Special thanks to Liz and her supreme service! THANK YOU!

Paid 200.00 for car battery that cost about 150.00 at Walmart but Walmart didn't have any so in all glad to get the battery and belt broke down on side of road all night but very grateful they open up very early 7:30 in the morning

Exceptional customer service. If they do not have what you are looking for, That is not the end; they will find it for you. That is not all, the one thing that I like the most is that; even if they are bussy, they salute you with a warm welcome and let you know that they will be with you as soon as possible. To me, that is a million dollar customer service!!!

These guys r AWESOME. My wiper flew off in the rain n I stopped by. Not only did they sell me wiper blades, one of the employees installed them in the rain for me! A+ customer service! Thanks y'all. Y'all ROCK!

I am a frequent customer because I have a small auto business. I used to get my parts but now i have stop going there because the store is now a dating shop where women hoover inside. Several times i come around in the mid morning where I have seen the same female standing around in the store holding up the manager and help wasting my time. It was once a convenient place but now I have to wait longer. I tried my luck again Today i pulled up in the parking lot with my SUV and i walked in the store and there she was. I went back to my car for ate my food. That woman stayed in that store for over 45 minutes and walked out with nothing. It pisses me because i come for professional services, not seeing personal affairs. This place is about to be a joke-- manager need to be evaluated

I am a life-long Advance Auto user. Their customer support is among the most efficient, considerate, and willing in the industry.. but I can't leave this one. I went in for a new battery. While installing said battery the individual managed to "screw" up and let the radio reset. I spent a total of 7 hours both on the phone and in dealings with resolving the issue. I was then question by who I assume was the store manager as to why I did not consult him, but instead went to corporate customer service. If you go to this location, take a snack.. be ready to witness employees that seem to be under bondage that are minimally helpful, at times rude, and very un-professional. I'm not sure about the other two in town, but this one needs a serious over-haul. Thanks again to the fine gentlemen in customer support over the phone for assisting me in solving the issue. You are among the finest I have dealt with.
