It would be nice to call somebody and get some information before you actually went to the store I called every department I could in the store in Greenville North Carolina today and got no answer whatsoever

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE: Every time I go to Greenville blvd Walmart in Greenville NC. And it is sad that these people are hired to work with the public and have the worst dispositions. No body wants to help. Today I checked out in electronics the lady that waited on my kept calling for some one to give her a price. The items that I was purchasing came from the baby section (literally one section over) I walked and got another item (mine did not have a tag). When the transaction was complete, I told the lady thank you…. She did not open her mouth to say anything in response. Two weeks ago I went to this Walmart and wanted to purchase some perfume (it was locked in a case) I waited over an hour and everyone (Walmart associates) told me, I’ll get some one to come open it up for you. I ended up going to costumer service myself, just to be told to go back and wait that some would be called to meet me over in cosmetics to help me.. I also asked two cashiers to help get me some assistance. I spent over $200 on my purchases. and still no one (Walmart associates) were available to assist me. ALL I CAN SAY IS WALMART ON GREENVILLE BLVD IS SORRY THE STORE IS DIRTY AND THEY HAVE POOR (the. Worst) CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! I will take my $$$$ to 10th street from now on…

Nice place, large, I was nervous we were followed by a stranger for greater than 15 minutes, we were ready to call the police. If he was undercover. He should have followed someone else. I am a professional and this was disrespectful. If he wasn't, why did store security not intervene?

Not the cleanest walmart I have been in. Very large selection as most walmarts. The building inside seems kinda run down compared to the walmart on the other end of town. Like all Walmart’s these days hardly any real cashiers and you have to use self checkout.

Truck parking not allowed. Park at your own risk. I did stay here for a 34 hour reset and wasn’t bothered.

Good luck getting anyone on the phone; they pick up and hang up on you. Finally reached a Hannah in electronics and she hung up after I asked a question. Been trying to speak to someone for 30 min. If I could id give no star. Do better Walmart

It's ok, especially if you do not mind pushing a cart with one or more bad wheels. I can say that I've only experienced onež or two nasty tempered employees. Most are very kind! Several food items are outdated. Some items are not stocked as much as it used to be.

where do I begin, customer service closes early. Nobody knows what there doing and gives you a attitude if you try to speak to them. Is everyone on break? Who gets things done? Why do the people who work here talk more then help the customers. Also keep mace or something on you

To hell with walmart. I hate going here parking suck you have to walk a 1/2 mile to get what you need. Never enough workers can't find help. Not to mention all the hood rat , trailer park trash crazy people that are always there. I have been to Walmart in 4 years . It's easy just go somewhere else .
