Best medical center in Hickory, North Carolina (NC) 2024

My parents use Publix Pharmacy. In the past the service has been good but my Dad has been to the ER lately and has needed some meds that were called in from ER but not ready and it had been hours.The next week said they did not have a request for meds for a procedure but they did. I don’t know what is going on there but will be moving to another pharmacy. Can’t keep going back and forth and calling them and the doctor 2 to 3 times. I will say that ER called the 24 hour CVS for him and they called us to say the meds were ready before we left parking lot! ~Sheri
