10 Best atm in Raleigh, North Carolina (NC) 2024

This convenient store is close to the highway as I was stopping for gas and a few other items. Gas was not a great price but when you need it there's nothing you can do. Customer service at this location was friendly. The ladies that work here are great and I forgot their names. I would recommend if you are in the area. ~SunShine

Despite having a mortgage, a business and personal accounts at PNC, as well as calling ahead and making an appointment, they would not notarize 5 documents, to close out our PNC mortgage. These documents were not "PNC enough" for them to notarize. So now we are not depositing the proceeds into PNC and are not considering PNC for our next mortgage. What a ridiculous policy. ~Chase

Advertises hot food and when I went in for a quick grab there wasn't a single item on the food rack just 3 miserable items that had been there since the morning...incredibly disappointing and infuriating. If you don't have a what's not advertised then MAYBE you should take down the signs or let people know. I'm never setting a foot in this store again. ~Richard

I love this Branch and how convenient it is. The staff is wonderful and always willing to assist for anything I need! They have recently changed the staff and they are all so nice and helpful. If I remember their names are Monse , Rhea and the gentleman Marcel! Love PNC! You all rock! ~Mr.

Excellent experience - We use this bank for all our commercial needs, including banking, loans, and mortgages. We are treated well and our business needs feel prioritized. Everyone with the bank has been very responsive when we've needed to set up new accounts or order supplies or any other request. Very impressed! ~Crystal

Opening my savings with them was pretty smooth in my opinion. Ask for Ms. Christy she’ll take care of you. Bank Tellers were professional and nice even when it was busy. ~J

I can't brag enough about the great partnership we have with Fidelity Bank. John Ponce and his team have been there for us daily.
