Opening my savings with them was pretty smooth in my opinion. Ask for Ms. Christy she’ll take care of you. Bank Tellers were professional and nice even when it was busy.

The customer service is lacking. Poor response to a misunderstanding - getting loud and patronizing me rather than offering the clear solution. Whoever was “helping” my teller was not helpful. They seemed more concerned with being correct than being helpful and creating a positive customer interaction. Rubi, my teller, did well; however my experience as a guest/customer suffered. I would suggest more coaching in regards to guest relations and smart solutions, because it was a frustrating experience for absolutely no reason.

I was given false information by three different employees. Once I opened account I was presented with completely different numbers I was promised prior. Waste of time and very unprofessional way to bring new customers in.

Incredible service! My husband and I live out of state and were only in town for the weekend to move the last of my things out of my house. I needed to add my husband to my accounts while we were in town because there are unfortunately no Wells Fargos in OH. Our banker, Kirby, went above and beyond to help us out despite the branch being incredibly busy. Thank you!!

I can’t put into words my appreciation for the angels that work at this location. With the office being closed and limited to the drive thru option, I was concerned regarding how it would go. But all of them were quick, attentive and a great team. My first time having to request certified checks, Robin was SO helpful and understanding with me. I appreciate her kindness and patience today more than she knows!! Moving during a pandemic is stressful enough as it is, I thank Robin and her team for making today easy and smooth.

So banking services by appointment only with COVID19, okay understandable, but why not run the ATMs 24/7 or at least not run them only 9-5 during reduced pandemic operating hours in order to manage the overflow? What a joke! When last night after work and am waiting in parking lot with no lie, 30+ cars driving through and not being serviced as of 8:50am.

I've been dealing with this branch since they opened. I have never had any issues with the very friendly and professional staff members. They always greet me by name and provide the services that I need from this institution. I highly recommend them, even during this time of Covid19 when certain facilities are somewhat constrained in what they can offer in the way of face-to-face service. Go team!

This branch is the worst! I went inside the branch to request a wire from my business account. The guy who helped me did not know the proper procedure for available funds in your account and made me wait a long period before coming back to give me multiple incorrect reasons why he couldn’t process the wire. I went to another branch and they handled it for me with no problem. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THE WELLS FARGO BRIER CREEK branch and am looking for a new bank to service my business!

Always slow. Always a long wait. Spent my lunch break waiting in line to deposit money into someones account. It took me less than 5 mins to walk into my bank and withdraw the funds. Yet it takes me 20mins to get it deposited into Wells Fargo. I used to bank here and left because of the waits. Guess nothings changed.

My Mom was bullied into depositing cash into a Wells Fargo Account. They froze the account and explained that when I file a police report, they would refund the money. My Mom returned 3 weeks later with copies of the reports only to find out they unfroze and GAVE THE MONEY BACK TO THE SCAMMERS! They sent the thieves a CHECK and closed the account.
