My husband & I went to Metro PC to upgrade my phone and I just can't rave enough about Rosy the manager at that location, not only was she knowledgeable , personable. These are all the qualities I look for as a consumer. She made it so easy and I purchased liquid screen protector and a case done the Ravell T 6 had only been out for a month. I was going to do this review right after my purchase but decided to wait to see if I was going to actually like the phone. I give it a serious thumbs up!!! Super happy 😁 thanks Rosy!!

Cant say about the people but just warning people to just go to tmobile instead of metro. They're cheaper and have better service with unlimited hotspot. I cant even use metros internet or hotspot until midnight every night.
