Robertha, or whatever her name was, was rude /// She has long dark/black hair. I have been with Wells Fargo for a long time and have NEVER been denied a same day deposit from my own fiancé! The check he had written to me was from his Wells Fargo account...?! She refused to cash and deposit it because it was a 'large' amount. How incompetent! No point in teaching someone as dense as her... I literally had to drive to another location, where it was done without a problem, to be treated like a proper customer of Wells Fargo.

Employee Juliet was under investigation and got terminated was told when my account was missing over $200. I got reimbursed but find this disturbing and will switch banks after dealing with Wells Fargo over 10 years The worst part is I’m new to Raleigh and never had theft with my account before in a rural area I came from. I mean why touch my small account and I’m assuming this is what got her caught.
