Best auto repair shop in Statesville, North Carolina (NC) 2024

During my oil change they threw my metal skid plate away on my 2006 beetle. Said bolts were stripped. Just bolted it on with 4 new bolts i had to buy perfectly fine. Didn't change my oil filter because the filter housing was just as dirty as when I drove in. NO evidence anyone touched it.. Only giving 2 stars because they gave me a full refund after an argument. Original owner, great guy would have never allowed this to happen this way. I think the real problem my be in a few employees. Services: Vehicle safety inspection, Oil change ~george
