During my oil change they threw my metal skid plate away on my 2006 beetle. Said bolts were stripped. Just bolted it on with 4 new bolts i had to buy perfectly fine. Didn't change my oil filter because the filter housing was just as dirty as when I drove in. NO evidence anyone touched it.. Only giving 2 stars because they gave me a full refund after an argument. I went to get my gas at the Ingles in Statesville NC. I do not have my card and had to get the attendance to look up the number because it doesn't take the phone number anymore. The attendance called and got the number. I went ahead and paid for the gas while I was out. After gasing up. I figured the price to the gallons I had gotten and she didn't give me my discount. This has happened to me twice. Don't know if I will be back. Th ~Era

Ate a Sausage Biscuit that was sitting on the counter under a heat lamp dismorning after paying for it. I have been sick all morning and day. Throwing up and using the bathroom all day. Would not recommend eating any food they cook or prepared themselves. ~Trevor
