5 Best convenience store in Winston-Salem, North Carolina (NC) 2024

I visited a Walgreens for a rapid covid test. No procedures were followed. No one ever called and no email was sent . When i called, they stated they'd recieved test results 45 min before we even took the test. I called to provide details of the safety issue to the customer service line and was literally ignored, literally no verbal response. If I infect masses with covid let the record state that besides my entire home testing positive, and having identical symptoms, results were negative before I even tested. ~faith

The best place to work! And to go shopping, my customers are a sweet heart and I love the way I feel being there…Almost all the staff works hard to have the store the best possible for all our customers because they are our priority… Our manager Mrs Rebecca is the most nice person I have ever known she is calm let us have creativity and is extremely respectful, also she is like a 4x4 all terrain :D… Thank you all for making this a great environment…and thank God for let me be part of it 🙏🏻 blessings for all ~ROCIO

I went to get a few items, several of which were on sale. However when I got to the register, none of the sale prices rang up. I asked the cashier and she said no, those tags aren’t good until the next day (mind you it’s mid- day and the store is open for several more hours). Completely unimpressed with the false advertising. ~Katie

This location deserves 5 stars. It's always clean in this facility. One of my favorite go to items are there wide variety of cappuccinos; no other gas station can compete with there unique selection of creamers to put in their coffees. They also have a slushy machine, however I don't buy their slashes, until the spring and especially summer seasons. I also thought that it was pretty cool that this location has a walk in beer section, dedicated to all the beer lover's. Now as far as their tobacco products, those are behind their checkout counter, and the clerks are more than polite to assist tobacco buyers with those products. Also this location carries NC lottoery scratch off tickets, and other lottery related games, at their checkout counter. The customer service clerks are polite and are quick with giving assistance. I have every reason to return to this gas station. ~K

Chicken prices higher than competitors Charged me 9$ for a 6pc dinner. Obviously under different management chicken not the same as it used to be. ~vernon
