I visited a Walgreens for a rapid covid test. No procedures were followed. No one ever called and no email was sent . When i called, they stated they'd recieved test results 45 min before we even took the test. I called to provide details of the safety issue to the customer service line and was literally ignored, literally no verbal response. If I infect masses with covid let the record state that besides my entire home testing positive, and having identical symptoms, results were negative before I even tested.

This store is always clean and organized! They also have excellent customer service in the pharmacy department. A prescription we needed was out of stock and their employee went out of his way to find some in stock for my son. A+!

Absolutely terrible service, I got in line for the drive thru pharmacy just before 6pm, one truck in front of me, they served him, I pull up and they tell me they close at 6pm, well why the hell can't you serve me, I have been waiting in line. CVS across the road pharmacy hours are till 9pm, guess I'm switching to CVS, by by Walgreens.

They close at 6pm on Fridays and don't open again until Monday morning. What about the people who don't get off work until 6pm? I have to go all weekend with no meds now smh not good for business. I will change to CVS.

I would give it a 0 but it doesn't allow that but the reason why I hate this drugstore is bc u can't get through on the phones and the King store phones are the same. They'll disconnect! I've tried getting through 8 time's and each time I got put on hold then a busy signal came on. The King store dos the exact same thing after 4 tries!

I highly advise anybody with important prescriptions they rely on daily to avoid this location. I’ve only gone here for a few months, but so far I’ve had a bizarre issue every single time. Every month I get three prescriptions filled for almost ten years now without issues at all when using any other Walgreens or CVS in town. This location keeps sending me texts that my prescriptions are ready for pickup, then when I get there the cashiers give me a hard time. One month they said my doctor didn’t send anything over, another month they said I’m not in the system, I have to show their site saying they’re ready and a pharmacist who is awesome named Andrew comes and fixes the issue. He’s walked over before with my prescriptions in hand while the cashier is in the middle of telling me they don’t have any prescriptions for me. I’m leaving this review because today was the final straw. After filling one out of three prescriptions and claiming my insurance wouldn’t cover the other two yet, although they were filled at the same time the month before so they all should be ready at the same time, I called my insurance and was told there’s no holds and they have no idea what to here talking about. They also saw Walgreens has been submitting refill requests each month, claiming I returned them, then submitting them again. That’s really sketchy. I go back and a cashier as well as a pharmacist lady refused to hear me out, insisted my insurance wouldn’t pay for them until two more days (over 30 days since last refill now) refused to call my insurance, caused a scene humiliating me in-front of customers, and finally told me to leave. All for calmly asking to call my insurance as Blue Cross told me to have Walgreens call if there’s anymore issues. I wait the two days, the same cashier says my insurance still won’t cover it. It’s been over 30 days now so I got a manager who contacted the other pharmacist who fixed the other issues in the past, Andrew, who fixed this issue within mere seconds as well. Before I left, I was also informed the pharmacist lady that gave me a hard time claimed my insurance told her to do that because I was “stock piling” my medication. I called Blue Cross about that, that didn’t happen. Why make this up? How hard is it to admit you made a mistake? Who wants to act this way to customers? It’s not worth the headache, there’s clearly something sketchy going on here where the cashiers don’t know what’s going on and flag their own system by making mistakes, then take it out on the customer. If you run into any issues, ask for Andrew.

My coworker was able to call and set up a vaccine appointment. I was told to visit the website (doesn't work) after sitting on a hold with an automated system that would lead any reasonable person to believe they're about to set up an appointment. I know times are hard, but this is frustratingly underwhelming customer service that makes me want to never step foot into a Walgreens ever again.

I really like Walgreens!! They always have special sale items on the back shelves in the store, that I just love to look through. They always have my makeup i like too. Friendly people that work there.

Very nice and helpful staff. I went over to pickup medicines from a nearby urgent care. The person at the pharmacy quickly got the order and included my insurance details, which usually takes quite sometime, to get me the final bill. Overall good experience at the pharmacy and main store.
