I went to get a few items, several of which were on sale. However when I got to the register, none of the sale prices rang up. I asked the cashier and she said no, those tags aren’t good until the next day (mind you it’s mid- day and the store is open for several more hours). Completely unimpressed with the false advertising.

Wife went to get a prescription filled, supposed to be a quantity of 90, got 64. They used too small of a bottle to fill the required prescription and just called it good once the bottle was full instead of filling to required quantity. We shouldn't have to open and count pills in store to ensure we are leaving with the appropriate amount.

I called and asked (politely) about an issue with a prescription. I was very rudely dismissed and talked down to when I was simply trying to understand why my prescription (that I needed pretty much urgently) was not ready when it was supposed to be. Very disappointed with this experience, I have never been talked down to in such a manner by a pharmacy worker in my life.

i go out of my way to go to this walgreens. it is always nice, clean and organized. the manager and staff are exceptional! how long has it been since you have been in a store, and someone actually came up to you and asked, "may i help you?" they do that at this location.

The most rudest pharmacy people's have ever seen in 61 years!!had a appointment with confirmation and was refused and told I did not have one ,even with information..they were not willing to help in any way..This Walgreens is a disgrace to Walgreens..they apparently need a new manager and employees need additional training.

The store manager is not very helpful and is a little clueless about products, their placement or if they are in stock. There was no one at the check out counter for quite a while, we ended waiting quote a bit. The pharmacists here is quite helpful and i noticed that at the counter the service was great. Would not recommend going to this location though unless you wamt to pick up priscription medication.

This location is less than 5 minutes from our house, pretty convenient you would think right? We typically drive to the Country Club location if we need something because of our experience here. The male manager will follow you around the store, stares at you, reads your ID address out loud, tells you don't look like your age, makes absurd comments and makes you feel very very uncomfortable. Also, there have been 4 to 5 separate times I have called the store to ask if something was in stock. They put me on hold as they "check", tell me yes ma'am we have plenty. I go and there is nothing. Staff is too busy on their phones. Tonight was the last time. We will continue to drive to the Country Club location for better, more comfortable service.

I'll definitely be switching back to cvs. My only issue with cvs would they'd occasionally run out of my medication (with the exception of cvs in Statesville and if I lived there I'd definitely still be using them) I only chose to switch to Walgreens because it was near my house. But, with the shorter hours and my work hours it makes it impossible to get there the day of for my medication. Normally I'd just pick it up the day before. As of today I guess I can no longer pick up one day early. Which makes it very inconvenient based on my work hours. Considering I've been on the same medication over 7 years with zero issues you'd think it would be fine. But bias is definitely a thing at Walgreens. Edit to say-Brian (I believe that's the correct name, but he's the only guy I've seen there) is actually a wonderful pharmacist. He's always been nothing but kind to me. He's the one that was there when I switched to them. And if it had been the other blonde lady I definitely wouldn't have switched. He's the one that told me about GoodRx since I don't have insurance. He's always been kind. I've never seen him laugh at or make fun of customers. (oh yes I've seen certain ones do this) They need people more like him. I would think if you're going to be biased and judge people on the medication they're on maybe just maybe you're in the wrong field.

The staff are helpful and friendly. I also had a good experience with the pharmacists.

This is the most incompetent, unprofessional pharmacist I have ever encountered. I can't believe a licensed medical professional would be so rude after causing such an inconvenience. Don't waste your time.
