I have an iPad Air 4th gen that is less than a year old. It is under warranty with apple. It began to not hold a charge and finally would not turn on at all. Best buy is an authorized apple dealer. I brought the iPad in for a warranty repair, I made an appointment a week prior. The service tech from geek squad did not even try to turn the iPad on or check anything. He said it was damaged by the owner (me) and that voids warranty. He then told me Iโd be better off getting a new one. It was the poorest customer service Iโve ever received. I drove to the Verizon in Salem where I bought the IPad and the sales tech there made one call and said I would receive a brand new one in 3 days. He said the way Best Buy handled it was not apple protocol and it was a software issue. No water damage and no physical damage. I will never return to this Best Buy again. ~Avery
