5 Best pharmacy in Columbus, Ohio (OH) 2024

I love the prices for my acne treatments but the shipping is the worst. I asked if it’s better for me to pick up and was told they would ship ups I have not received any tracking information but paid for this almost a week ago. ~Yalonda

Employees were nice, but when I arrived to receive my booster shot, they were unable to pull up my information correctly, and the manager and pharmacy technician both had their masks pulled down. I expect professionalism and for those in the pharmacy to take more care in the middle of a pandemic that is growing worse again. I did not feel safe, and I will not return to this location. ~Augusta

I love my pharmacist at this location. She is funny and easy to talk to. I got my other 2 shots here and came in to get my 3rd Moderna shot. Stood in line for a good long time only to be told to make an appointment. I told her that I stood out there for 15 minutes waiting (they were busy) and they should have a sign or something up. The clerk got ridiculously rude and asked “where I stood?” and if I had called they would have told me. My other 2 shots I was able to just walk in. As your standing in the parking lot the announcements say from 11- whatever come and get your shot… There was absolutely zero reason to believe that I was waiting on her for so long for nothing. There was a person coughing on me the whole time. I should have left but wanted the booster after hearing how necessary it is. Between the holidays and dealing with a friend passing yesterday from this virus, her hatefulness was definitely not appreciated. No one has ever gotten nasty like that before and I’m in there weekly. No one has ever gotten nasty like that before and this is the south end, everyone is hate filled here. There was no reason for her to add such rude negativity to my day on top of everything else. Even though I love my pharmacist, I will have to make sure that this disgusting person is not there if I need her. And that’s ridiculous. ~Alisha
