I love the prices for my acne treatments but the shipping is the worst. I asked if it’s better for me to pick up and was told they would ship ups I have not received any tracking information but paid for this almost a week ago.

Expect no customer service and delays that can only be the result of gross incompetence. The overall rating of this pharmacy is distorted by the fact that all of the 5 star ratings come from puppet accounts. If you go there, good luck, you'll need it.

the customer service is absolutely horrendous. They have no clue what they are doing it took 4 days to get my daughters prescription b/c they didn't know how to handle my insurance and had to make to many attempts to process my insurance correctly.
