Why is the Walgreens across the street from the CVS SO MUCH MORE SHADY than the CVS?! The drive through is never open and the parking lot is full of trash.

Employees were nice, but when I arrived to receive my booster shot, they were unable to pull up my information correctly, and the manager and pharmacy technician both had their masks pulled down. I expect professionalism and for those in the pharmacy to take more care in the middle of a pandemic that is growing worse again. I did not feel safe, and I will not return to this location.

The people here are really nice! I watched a customer meet disrespectful to one of the employees. The employee remain calm and continue to be polite.

There is an off duty Police Officer present every evenings who is amazing. He greets everyone with a welcome to the store and when you depart he prides himself on sending everyone off with a "Have a wonderful evening". My 3 year old chooses to go to walgreens over CVS just to say hello to this officer. I would credit having the best shopping experience everytime to this off duty officer because right off bat he awakes me from being complacent and i become present in mind as I walk through the door. The mental storm cloud from my days events disappear just from his kind greeting.

Horrible customer service! I had a prescription called in by my doctor that was not covered by insurance but instead of letting me know that it wasn't covered by insurance and to contact my doctor to get a new prescription they just didn't feel it and I had to wait in line twice to find out that there was no prescription and they hadn't contacted me for prescription that have been Called in early that morning. This is unacceptable!

Two sliding doors. Large sign on one says DO NOT ENTER. Second door marked entrance. Neither opens automatically when approached. The cashier is at the counter and looks right at me and then ignores me. I knock, no reaction. It’s 20min before posted closing time. Pull open the exit only door and am told upon asking, Donnaya informs me the store is indeed open, “we only have one door open.” Yes, the entrance. Rude cashier. Employees doing their best to appear closed. This is my second time at this location in as many days or ever. Last time, two employees were smoking on the side of the building, manager was doing something “important” alone at the photo center in clear view, while 10-15 people are waiting in line. Any other Walgreens was as rundown and staffed by people like this, I’d be going to CVS 5-10 times a week instead. Glad this isn’t my neighborhood store. Corporate needs to investigate and correct this.

People are always outside the doors begging for money. I don’t like to stay to long in this store, in and out. Staff is okay, no big problems with them. I just don’t stop in this Walgreens unless I really need to buy something. This store is not as organized or stocked as other Walgreens. All of Walgreens are overpriced so that is a giving whenever setting foot in any Walgreens. Still a frequent shopper, guess pay for conscience sometimes.

I’m always satisfied with my shopping experience at this Walgreens. (The only exception is they’re never in-stock of a “specific” Band-aid I use. Today morning Manager, Kelli, went Above & Beyond her responsibilities. After I accidentally locked my keys in my still running vehicle (with my purse), Kelli allowed me to use her stores phone & her cell phone to get help. I’m forever Grateful; she’s my Hero of the day!

This is the only Walgreens I have problems at. I am a beginner at couponing and I’m still learning the ins and outs. Every time I come here the older lady always has an attitude towards me. And today another lady cashier catches an attitude with me because of her mistake. I never feel welcomed in that store ever. No, thank you! I’d rather drive a few miles away in the other direction for better service.
