I am incredibly thankful I brought my truck to Hudson’s when I noticed a leak coming from my real axle while traveling from northern MI to PA. It was a Friday afternoon and despite a packed schedule they got us in and back on the road. We called over a dozen other locations and without them we would have been stranded here through the weekend. While we were here they treated us like family and the cost for the last minute repair was very reasonable. I can’t recommend them enough! The shop is also very impressive and it is evident they take great care in their work. ~Jesse

I was getting a lot of work done on my car at a dealership in Findlay, including new tires. On my drive back to Toledo on 475, the low pressure light came on and I was able to drive it to Firestone. Jason was awesome!!! He was able to fix the issue, and pointed out a few areas of concern from the tire installation. Give this man a raise!!! Thanks for all of your help! ~D

It’s a little bit off the interstate but not too far. It’s worth the drive to be able to use some Kroger points to buy some gas on a long trip. The station was clean, had good lighting, and was well maintained. ~Kevin

I dealt with Shawn at this location. Since the first interaction, he sounded somewhat rude… we did a transaction over the phone, I provided a fedex shipping label and when I got the part, they sent me the wrong one. After I called, he kept insisting that he sent me the part I requested. I told him I didn’t order that part because it was completely different than the description I provided to him. After a few minutes arguing he decided to say that he was gonna reimburse me and that the part was not available anymore and I should look somewhere else. Definitely one of the worse customer service experiences I’ve ever had! ~Anderson
