Great service! Tyler checked me in and was super helpful and professional. My vehicle was taken back 30 minutes before my actual appointment time. Joel did a great job on my alignment. My vehicle was at a different service center and they couldn’t get my alignment quite right but Joel was able to get everything calibrated. Wouldn’t hesitate to return! Thank you! ~Karey

I was getting a lot of work done on my car at a dealership in Findlay, including new tires. On my drive back to Toledo on 475, the low pressure light came on and I was able to drive it to Firestone. Jason was awesome!!! He was able to fix the issue, and pointed out a few areas of concern from the tire installation. Give this man a raise!!! Thanks for all of your help! ~D
