My vehicle was at a different service center and they couldn’t get my alignment quite right but Joel was able to get everything calibrated. Wouldn’t hesitate to return! Thank you!

Rep found a sale on tires and promptly explained the root cause for other faulty problems with options and budgetary cost. Found some extended warranty options added that I would not have opted for but good and fast service otherwise

It was progressively getting louder when driving and it was starting to shake when I would brake, I assumed I needed new brake pads/rotors. The dealership diagnosed tire cupping as the problem for everything so I paid for new tires and an alignment in hopes to prevent future cupping. Well, needless to say the dealership missed a HUGE issue. My read rotors and brake pads were completely shot and needed replaced, Tire man however, did not miss this issue and it it fixed diagnosed and fixed in under 5 hours, considering it took the dealership 2 FULL days to do what Tire Man could do in a quarter of the time, I will continue to bring my cars here for any future issues! Thank you again for the awesome and quick service!!
