Did a good job on my car once,then just started not caring I guess. I called the district manager he was rude and argumentative, why is it so hard to find trustworthy mechanics these days. This was leaking out and they neglected to ever tell me about it.

I was getting a lot of work done on my car at a dealership in Findlay, including new tires. On my drive back to Toledo on 475, the low pressure light came on and I was able to drive it to Firestone. Jason was awesome!!! He was able to fix the issue, and pointed out a few areas of concern from the tire installation. Give this man a raise!!! Thanks for all of your help!

Took the car on a joy ride. Had just got back from a road trip and had high mpg got the car back with it lower than it’s ever been. Teach employees to not full send customers modded cars for fun gas costs too much for that.

Shout out to Gabe and Dennis for being so kind today when I was in a pinch. My car wouldn’t start over by TJMaxx and DSW and I called to see if by chance someone could jump my car. And sure enough, Gabe came walking across the parking lot and jumped my car for me!! I was beyond grateful for their kindness when they could have told me no from the beginning. They definitely made my day and I couldn’t be more thankful! :) Thank you, guys!!

I payed out a little over $1000 for a radiator to be replaced and a relay as well…. The issue being here is I had to leave work early to pay this bill and get back to work. So I did not have time to look over there work. After work I picked up my wife’s van and did a once over of that they did….. who ever did the work has little not no brains. If you pay for a radiator to be replaced fill the coolant not leave it bone dry…… that’s like doing a oil change and letting your customer leave with out even putting the new oil in it…….
