Best auto repair shop in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania (PA) 2024

Took my car for an oil change & they diagnosed several other problems. Showed a couple of knowledgeable people the invoice afterwards, a little concerned because I spent a lot more money than I planned - they all completely freaked out (in a good way) and said they could have easily charged 2-3x that price and still have been competitive. Called yesterday to place an order for a pre-owned vehicle, was told I couldn't put a deposit down but that they would hold the vehicle for 24 hours, they even sent me an email with an appointment confirmation. Called this morning to get a purchase order from them and was told they sold the vehicle last night and that because of an "internal communication error" they didn't actually put the vehicle on hold for me. Extremely unprofessional to tell the customer one thing and sell a vehicle behind their back. ~Orange
