Called yesterday to place an order for a pre-owned vehicle, was told I couldn't put a deposit down but that they would hold the vehicle for 24 hours, they even sent me an email with an appointment confirmation. Called this morning to get a purchase order from them and was told they sold the vehicle last night and that because of an "internal communication error" they didn't actually put the vehicle on hold for me. Extremely unprofessional to tell the customer one thing and sell a vehicle behind their back.

Do not buy a car from here if you value your life. I bought a Jeep there and the alignment is bad and the ball joints. I almost went off the road because of it. Now they are refusing to stand by there 60-day warranty. I’m paying for a car I can’t drive. Do your research and shop elsewhere. The service manager assumes because I’m a woman I don’t know how a Jeep is suppose to drive.

I like the service I received from them. I didn't have an up to date insurance card. I had a little trouble getting from the insurance Co., but they were very patient. The service is great and they are honest.

Had a Great e experience with our Arkdity Kitchin. Not sure they did wheel alignment when two tires were added. The numbers man gets high five from me. He did research on what I was looking for.
