So I spent the weekend getting jerked around by the insufficient people of the T/A in Bordentown. Friday afternoon was too busy . Saturday the tire tech called out . Sunday Brian the manager told me to come in after 7am monday to get trailer fixed . So this Monday morning RJ , talking to me like I've done something wrong by entering his service station , informed me that they had 3 trucks ahead of me and it would be the afternoon... maybe . While stewing in my rig , I remembered that decent respectable man at Ardmore Tire named John . Figuring I'm maybe 35 minutes away , I called . Told me to come right up . Upon arrival , everyone was very helpful... as usual . An hour later I had a new trailer tire installed, a leak repaired on one of my drive tires , and a bill that given the amount of work and effort I observed seemed kinda low !? I made a mental note to myself that whenever , for whatever , it comes to tires ... just call John and be done with it !!

I went over today(4/19/22) with my 2018 hyundai tuscon, and had 4 brand new tires mounted and balanced with 24 minutes start to finish for $450. I am sure they are not always this fast(got in the bay right away) but just shows their level of expertise, and efficiency. This is the only place you should be buying tires.

I got a reference to this place when I needed my tires replaced. And I wanted to find something good quality and reasonably priced. Ardmore tire was exactly that. My advice to customers- you may not get some fancy glimmering name brand tires because then you'd be paying a fortune. But you'll get exactly what you need to keep your vehicle driving and for a reasonable price!

Stopped in to get a tire patched in my tri axle amd within about 2 minutes the truck was up on the jack and they were working on it. I would highly recommend these guys for tire work. Good quick service and friendly people

I called because I live in Philly and have a large tire I needed mounted and balanced. Lady on the phone was rude but said they could do it. 40 minute drive later, and I arrived. Finally someone who can help me. The lady I had to interact with was super rude. I assume it was the same one since there is only one lady in the office, but can't be for sure. She told me to put the tire on the curb outside so I did. I ask about how long. She says 20 minutes. I came back in because I forgot to mention that I needed the old tire back to return to the store for warranty coverage. I go back in to tell her and stand at the counter. She is ignoring me but I assume she is working on something else. I stood there for 3 minutes (literally, I timed it after waiting about a minute) and then finally said "mam" to get her attention. She looked at me annoyed and just started at me. I told her that I needed the tire back and she said "okay" and just walked away. Super cold and rude. I get having a bad morning, but when you are the face of the business you need to be on your A Game. It doesn't take a ton of effort to ensure the customer is treated with friendliness or at least not rudeness. On the wall is this amazing poster about attitude. See my picture. I called the owner and let him know since it appears to be something he is highly concerned about. He seemed responsive but a tad dismissive about it. Maybe it is his wife and they were fighting or who knows. Regardless, I love this picture and hope they get back to this type of service. I will reply more, on my way to get the tire now and see how they did and cost. Just picked it up...Different guy popped up immediately to help me...Super nice and helpful...$26.50 to mount and balance my tire...Friendly service, priceless! Will recommend. Avoid the unhappy woman or try to cheer her up, but do NOT judge this business by one person's bad attitude...The core is solid!
