I had an amazing experience with a parts associate named Wayne Klees. I initially ordered an online part through your website however was informed via email that it was no longer available. The amazing aspect of the email was that Wayne offered 2 alternative dealerships that were the only in the country to carry this part. I can't believe he took the time to actually offer a solution for me. I really appreciate how kind he was and I wish him and your dealership success!

Top notch. Dropped car off for a recall. Hospitable and friendly as a place can get. They finished the recall(as well as a foreseeable problem) faster than anticipated. I believe Dan was who took care of me. I couldn't recommend this place more.

bought a brand new car here, literally paid for about EVERY type of package involving oil changes to paint recovery, dents, under the hood damage, other maintenance stuff… literally you name it and i paid extra for ALL of it to be covered for years. writing this as i’m here right now having my car done for maintenance at 3k miles. the individual working here told me i don’t have any warranty or anything covered for maintenance and that my car wasn’t even showing up in the system. told him he was wrong and he was being very very rude to me about it considering i’m a very loyal customer of this specific honda dealership. I don’t have to come here. I showed documentation proof that he was wrong and he looked at me as if he wanted to argue the entire time. They finally found me in the system. I come here on my day off to get a service that I prepaid THOUSANDS for the next coming years PRIOR to this visit, not to mention just recently buying a brand new car for them and i was treated with absolute laziness and disrespect. Hire people who won’t bring their personal problems to work. don’t tell me i don’t show up in the computer when IT DOES show up on the computer after checking the 3rd time. maybe you should clean the bathrooms until you learn how to use the computers. absolutely disappointed. first bad experience here in about 7-8 years.

This is my go-to place for car shopping. I bought a used Civic from here and the staff was very respectful and not pushy. They allowed us time to view several vehicles, and even after purchase they provided good support in answering questions about the car or warranty. I would highly recommend for car shopping.

Only 2 months ago I left Conicelli Honda a 5 star review because of the excellent service they provided. I stand by that review however today the service or actually the denial of service was beyond disappointing. I arrived at 1:50 to get my oil changed, something I've never had to schedule an appointment for but evidently today I had too. Upon arrival, the "greeter" was to busy on his phone to greet me until I was actually in the service departments kiosk area. A little late there huh? He should have greeted me when I got out of my car. When I walked into the service department, I believe there were four or five associates working or rather on the clock. None of them were assisting a customer and I'm certain a couple were on their phones as well. When I walked in, not one person greeted me. The following is the entire interaction I had with the service department associates. I walked in and told the greeter from outside I didn't have an appointment. I turned around and the guy behind the counter says nothing to me except "Do you have an appointment" I responded "no" and he said "Well then I can't help you today". I just said "okay" and turned around and walked out. That was the entire interaction I had with the Service Department at Conicelli Honda. Wow, great customer service. It was so obvious they couldn't care any less about me. I don't understand why I wasn't able to get an oil change when the service department was open until 4pm, another 2+ hours. My last oil change was done at the Piazza Honda in Limerick. They accepted me without an appointment. Guess I'll be going there even though I prefer to go to Conicelli but after today I'm not interested in giving them my money. I don't care who makes a profit off of me as long as the job gets done. After the 5 star experience I thought I found a good place for service and possibly future sales but this was an all around over the top poor experience. I buy a new Honda every 3 to 5 years at most. Bought one at Piazza years ago. Oh well, their loss not mine.
