Incredibly unfriendly stance to neighborhood with regards to their parking lot. They have a HUGE lot in the back, but have put up signage that the lot is only to be used by PNC customers. There will never be a time where every single parking space is used by PNC customers. There is an elementary school and a library here. They could have thought about how they could work with the community for school drop-offs/pickups, and with the library for parking there. Instead they took the community-unfriendly approach and put up aggressive parking signage. ~Grant

I went in person to pay my 6 year car loan off at this branch. Two ladies assisted me and significantly cheered me on as I finished my payment. They were not only helpful, but extremely uplifting. Thank you so much for your support on one of my biggest undertakings ! ~Desiree

Took my car for an oil change & they diagnosed several other problems. Showed a couple of knowledgeable people the invoice afterwards, a little concerned because I spent a lot more money than I planned - they all completely freaked out (in a good way) and said they could have easily charged 2-3x that price and still have been competitive. A helpful staff with a customer focus. If you're used to Hertz being only at airports and some hotels, the Conshohocken office is a full service office with cars (including Tesla). If you're in the area and need to rent, give them a chance to impress. ~David

Called yesterday to place an order for a pre-owned vehicle, was told I couldn't put a deposit down but that they would hold the vehicle for 24 hours, they even sent me an email with an appointment confirmation. Called this morning to get a purchase order from them and was told they sold the vehicle last night and that because of an "internal communication error" they didn't actually put the vehicle on hold for me. Extremely unprofessional to tell the customer one thing and sell a vehicle behind their back. ~Orange

So I spent the weekend getting jerked around by the insufficient people of the T/A in Bordentown. Friday afternoon was too busy . Saturday the tire tech called out . Sunday Brian the manager told me to come in after 7am monday to get trailer fixed . So this Monday morning RJ , talking to me like I've done something wrong by entering his service station , informed me that they had 3 trucks ahead of me and it would be the afternoon... maybe . While stewing in my rig , I remembered that decent respectable man at Ardmore Tire named John . Figuring I'm maybe 35 minutes away , I called . Told me to come right up . Upon arrival , everyone was very helpful... as usual . An hour later I had a new trailer tire installed, a leak repaired on one of my drive tires , and a bill that given the amount of work and effort I observed seemed kinda low !? I made a mental note to myself that whenever , for whatever , it comes to tires ... just call John and be done with it !! ~jack
