A helpful staff with a customer focus. If you're used to Hertz being only at airports and some hotels, the Conshohocken office is a full service office with cars (including Tesla). If you're in the area and need to rent, give them a chance to impress.

Poor customer service ! I needed to ask a question regarding an upcoming rental and no answers the phone. It rings several times and disconnects you everytime. This is rude, unprofessional and lacks any degree of customer service integrity

Hertz in conschocken specifically has horrible customer service. Impossible to reach them via telephone, have to drive up there In person to make any adjustments. The young lady hung up on me once I was able to get in contact once via phone and then a busy signal after several calls. Horrible company overall makes it impossible to do anything unless in the office

They were supposed to pick me up and never showed or called to reschedule nothing. I had to take a Lyft to get there. Guy was in the building just not answering phones. When I walked in he basically just gave me keys to the car I didn’t sign anything and didn’t receive any documents. Car smelled so bad. When I returned the car I was charged additional days that were already covered with the insurance and again still did not receive any documentation of anything. I find out about the additional charm she because I regularly check my balances and noticed the charge.

Jonathan Wright did an amazing job of working with our family to make sure we got our car rental for our vacation. He went above and beyond to make sure that my family was taken care of even after the site that had my car rental reservation and vehicle told me that they couldn't help me. I recommend working with this Hertz office and Jonathan

Very quick and friendly service. Though the car itself needed a really good cleaning inside and out before taking it anywhere. Surprised by that but they could've been shorthanded. Who knows. Hire a detailer ;-)

Kevin was absolutely wonderful to work with! I am a florist and needed a cargo van to rent for a wedding. They typically don't keep these vehicles in stock, but he made sure everything was ready to go for me on the exact day/time I needed it. Thank you for your excellent customer service, Kevin! I will definitely be contacting you, should I need a rental in the future!

The worst customer service- would give 0 stars if I could. Never had a positive experience dealing with Hertz. The only reason I used them is because the person at fault for damaging my vehicle insurance works with Hertz. Disappointing every time I’ve had to come into this office. I picked the rental up late evening it was dark and rainy. It wasn’t until the morning that I saw tons of dog hair all over the inside of the SUV and crumbs in the cracks of the seats. Dog hair was on the back of the seats, the floor -everywhere!! No way the car was cleaned or inspected before giving it to me. I called the office and explained this. Was told I can bring the car back or go get it cleaned. I travel for work so I was not able to bring the car back the next day but bought it back later in the week. Due to having to use the car I had to somewhat clean it to be able to drive in it comfortably which I should not be having to clean a car. When I returned it the other girl in the office, believe she is the “manager” (with one real management skills) said that the car needed to be detailed. Danica told me I would be getting a certificate for a future rental since I could not get reimbursed for cleaning the car since it was paid for by insurance. I asked if the certificate could be mailed or emailed and she said no I need to come in person to get it. Due to traveling and not being close by to the office, I came in today to pick it up while in the area. I walk into the office and both the employee and “manager” are eating Popeyes chicken at their desk. Does that’s sound professional to you?? This would never be acceptable in my line of business. Danica who told me all I had to go was come in and pick the certificate up, now stayed the “manager” needs to print it out. Waited while she cleaned up her Popeyes. I guess she looked something up in the system then told me she would have to email me the certificate as she could not print it out. Very annoyed because I asked that when I spoke with Danica before and was told I had to come in. Was told it was already ready only had to pick it up. Hertz - please do a better job of hiring qualified and professional individuals to represent your establishment. I’ve always been a faithful Enterprise customer and I see there is no real competition. Hertz disappoints every time. As other reviewers have stated, spend your time and money elsewhere.

0 Stars. These people are flat out incompetent. I specifically told the worker that I didn't want any type of insurance, as I know my car insurance provides its own insurance for rental cars. As I'm checking out my car, a lady comes in screaming and cursing at the workers (which I felt bad about at the time), and the man who was taking care of me continued to ask questions and carry on like nothing was happening. I couldn't hear anything he was saying, but he carried on as I asked "what" over 10 times. He charged me for the damage waiver, which ended up being $300. I was also then charged $117 for "Premium Roadside Services", which I never used? My bill came out to almost $500 of "extra service charges" that they said were optional and I supposedly agreed to. I called Hertz customer service to get a refund and the first guy told me he was giving me a refund and my total would then be $105. I was still charged the almost $500 bill, so I called again and they apparently had ZERO record of my conversation with the first Hertz customer service guy. The second person was only able to offer me a refund to make my bill total $180. Still waiting for the Supervisor to call me back. I would avoid this Hertz at ALL costs. Not worth the extra money and headache.
