I have been going to this pharmacy since I had a kidney transplant in 2009. I had to switch because my previous pharmacy was unable to obtain the specific drugs I now required. The transition was smooth. Over the years I've had many health complications, many doctors and very many emergency room visits which resulted in new doctors and new prescriptions. On more than a dozen occasions, these doctors have prescribed medications that I could not take, that would have harmed me and possibly resulted in death. Walmart pharmacy has caught each and every incident right down to the right drug, wrong dose. I can't say enough good. I have to mention I've had multiple issues with my insurance, and transplant meds are not cheap. I know each pharmacist and tech has spent a long time on the phone with various agencies and insurances on my behalf in order to get the medicine I require. Above and beyond. They're always helpful, smiling, and they don't talk down to their patients. I've had to be in the pharmacy more than most people are twice my age, and with all of this I've never felt judged. I could go on but I just wanted to say all the wonderful things this pharmacy has done for me and after dealing with quite a few before coming here, I won't go anywhere else! ~Brenna

Autumn shampooed cut and styled my hair today. She was friendly and professional. The shampoo was so nice I got an unexpected scalp massage tha was amazing! I am a Wendy's fan however, not this location. This place is dirty!Received reheated french fries. Burger was room temp. The ketchup packets literally were greasy to the touch some even having ketchup onside of packets. Pass through area often. Will not be eating here again. Bathrooms horrible condition ofnot being cleaned. Arrival time of visit 10:45 a.m. Franchise owner really needs to step up. ~Patty

I recently experienced bank fraud and was lucky enough to catch it in the app; the team at Woodforest were able to see me the same day, assist with my dispute, and were able to not only get my money back but they even made sure that the overdraft fees were refunded! Sad as it is to say, not many banks are as helpful and expedient as they are... love these guys! ~Ryan

I reached out to these guys, bright and early this morning! (Good Friday Holiday) They were open! Explained that my son needed help with his tire...he is a College Student at Edinboro University. (Another "Popular Big Box Store" near by gave my son the run around the previous day for nearly 2 hours & then wouldn't help him...won't say their name...but starts w/ a Wall & ends in a Mart- go figure) Anyways, Wayne from Monro said he would help him out!!! Wayne, not only fixed my son's tire, BUT then called me back and let me know that he was good to go and on his way!! THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE MY FRIEND!!! Peace of mind to have a son 6 hours away from home, have somebody willing to help him out & then do a follow up!! You can't teach that!! That's respect, professionalism and charachter! Wayne at Monro deserves a Raise!! Monro deserves special recognition for their outstanding service!! My son arrived safely home today to spend quality time with his family for Easter! Haven’t been to a Perkins in a number of years and I can say that it is a lot better than I remember. I was served by Kat who made the experience of having a small army of kids in a restaurant not only stress free, but easy. Clean bathrooms, good food happy family. Will be happy to return. ~Zack
