Out of all cricket dealers this is the worst one I have been to. In the process of getting wife a new phone they killed the sim card on my phone and when used upgrade still charged the 25 dollar fee to upgrade so what's the point in a upgrade. Would not recommend the edinboro cricket store to anyone. Greenville pa has the best costumer service and will treat u right on price and phone accessories

Dont buy anything outside of a phone. I bought a phone protector and within 2 hours I go to take it off, and find that its broken. They were unwilling to accept a return for replacement, on the same day it was bought. And for 20 dollars? Ridiculous. Never buying from the store after this. Apparently its too much to ask for anything beyond cheap plastic from this store.
