If I could give zero stars I would. Food was gross, the workers didn't care and they had attitudes. Plus no paper towels or toilet paper in the bathroom....

I am a Wendy's fan however, not this location. This place is dirty!Received reheated french fries. Burger was room temp. The ketchup packets literally were greasy to the touch some even having ketchup onside of packets. Pass through area often. Will not be eating here again. Bathrooms horrible condition ofnot being cleaned. Arrival time of visit 10:45 a.m. Franchise owner really needs to step up.

Ordered 2 biggie bags and two 4 for 4s and mind you I live in Erie pa like 20 mins away we got home realized our order was messed up had to call them 5 times and then they tell me they can’t refund me for what they forgot but they can give me a voucher dude gas is 5 bucks a gallon what makes you think I wanna drive back out there….. fu@@&&& joke…

Well, don't go there after 9. I've never had a bad experience in 5 plus years, but after 9 PM you'll get two half medium fries, and they'll label everything a burger even when it's a chicken sandwich.

Food is NEVER right. Have had my order messed up MULTIPLE times. When you try to call, the phone either doesn’t work or they don’t answer the phone. DO NOT go to this Wendy’s location as none of the employees care enough to make your food FRESH and CORRECTLY.

This is the 3rd time in the past 3 months we've been to this location, and the sign said they should have been open and not a soul in the place. The 2nd time I even wrote an email and no one responded. Why advertise the hours if they're not going to follow them?

EW! The guy that took my order was covered in hickies and smelled awful. He was also super rude. Will NOT eat here again. Yuck. Maybe employ people with basic hygiene??

OMG! I think other than not being able to scan the QR code to earn points, I think this was the best visit at Wendy's I've ever had! Other then when I was an employee of the franchise years ago. The nuggets we're so fresh and perfect it was amazing and although I do miss the old fries when they're fresh, these were good because they are so hot! The only thing I do miss is regular salt. I still don't care for sea salt.

The Rodi road Wendy's in Penn hills has to be one of the worst fast food restaurants anywhere. Not enough employees. Food never hot, let alone even warm. The employees that are there have horrible attitudes but I do have to say that management has always tried to correct problems with our orders.

I used to like this Wendys. Sure it's fast food but it's never as crowded as McDonald's and my orders have never been messed up. The last time I was there however, my girlfriend got a salad that had bugs in it. She found on on a piece of lettuce, gross but no big deal. She kept looking though and found two more. She tried to get a refund but they apparently aren't allowed to refund at store level, they offered her another item like a burger, but she didn't want to eat there after that, so she declined the offer.
