By far the slowest McDonald’s I have been to. They constantly forget items , and when we ask for sauce they say is in the bag and it never is. They need some serious attention on the way they run

Terrible service. Terrible customer relations. I rode my mountain bike 22 miles to this place and stopped for breakfast. Nobody was paying attention to the counter so I ordered at the kiosk, went and sat down and waited for my food. When it came I saw I needed ketchup for the hash browns. There was no dispenser in the lobby so I went to the counter. Everyone's back was to the counter. I kept saying "Excuse me!" … ”Excuse me!" but no one would turn to acknowledge me. I went up to the guy working in the lobby and asked how I could get some ketchup. He looked over to where the dispensers usually sit (but weren't there) and he said, "Well, they don't have the dispensers out." and went back to sweeping. I said to him, "They've got to have packets for the people in drive-thru." He acted like I was bothering him and reluctantly made his way to the counter and got a worker's attention. They acted bothered that I would ask for ketchup and like I was inconveniencing them. I did finally get some ketchup. Later I went up for a coffee refill. And again the same thing. Couldn't get their attention and when I did, it was a bother for them to give me a refill. Not highly impressed. Food was mediocre, service was terrible and slow. This McDonald's is a joke. I'm surprised they're still in business.

They have finally redone the parking lot,which was nothing but pot holes. There staff not all could use some training on how to deal with the public such as attitude and respect. Some are overly rude. If you don't want to deal with the public your in the wrong field.

I don't normally review fast food because it is what it is. However I was impressed with this location today at lunch time. My order was correct, fast, and most importantly hot. They didn't forget napkins or ketchup. Friendly staff Pleasantly surprised today.

Not what it used to be. Burgers were cold, cheese didn't melt, buns we're dry. Not like the older days of Mc Donald's. However the staff was curtious.

Having a special day with my daughter. Stopped here for lunch and was so disappointed. Waited for service while several employees stood around. Got waited on, looked for a place to sit and eat, every single table was filthy. I had to clean one myself, remove garbage and wipe down with hand sanitizer I had in my bag. There were no cups stocked to get my daughter a soda, the soda area was absolutely filthy. Then I needed to go back up to the counter to get her a straw because there were none, an older got frustrated waiting while they were just standing around talking and had to knock on the counter to get someone's attention. Probably won't be going back this particular location.

Well, it's McDonalds so you know whether you like it or not. This particular one happens to have the order screens, a completely new experience for me it was fairly straightforward though i did ask for assistance paying since I had not done it before. It is easy once you followed the process through. The employess here are efficient, and quick as they can be.

On average, the most underperforming McDonalds in Erie County next to the location in Union City and Albion in terms of customer service--the staff seem apathetic--cleanliness--the floors are often a mess and the bathroom untidy--and accuracy--you can never be certain if you are going to get the correct items in your bag or if you will have the correct sauces or a straw. Most puzzlingly, they tend to get orders mixed up when served in the store itself because they simply don't adhere to the numbered order system that is a staple across every other location. They call the order out by what is in it which, obviously, multiple guests can order at the same time, which was the case when I visited, and easily confuse the order and hand off the wrong order. They have improved slightly very recently, likely with some new staff, but a majority of the issues persist. If this is the closest mcdonalds to you, so be it, but if you are REALLY craving McDonalds and can go elsewhere in the area, I would suggest the McDonalds in Kearsarge or on Peach.

Wow so I was charged 7.00 for this and it had no cheese and one slice of bacon just thrown into a dish like it was scooped off of the floor !!! Not to mention I waited 10 minutes for it at the drive through and when I called Devin the shift manager was not willing to correct it ! Stay away from McDonald’s in Edinboro pa !! Completely filthy and they just don’t care about the customer or our hard earned money !!!
