These guys are awesome! Always very friendly and since I'm not very savvy with cars, they are always great at helping me understand exactly what's wrong and what needs done. Always in and out in no time too. Won't be taking my car anywhere else.

I reached out to these guys, bright and early this morning! (Good Friday Holiday) They were open! Explained that my son needed help with his tire...he is a College Student at Edinboro University. (Another "Popular Big Box Store" near by gave my son the run around the previous day for nearly 2 hours & then wouldn't help him...won't say their name...but starts w/ a Wall & ends in a Mart- go figure) Anyways, Wayne from Monro said he would help him out!!! Wayne, not only fixed my son's tire, BUT then called me back and let me know that he was good to go and on his way!! THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE MY FRIEND!!! Peace of mind to have a son 6 hours away from home, have somebody willing to help him out & then do a follow up!! You can't teach that!! That's respect, professionalism and charachter! Wayne at Monro deserves a Raise!! Monro deserves special recognition for their outstanding service!! My son arrived safely home today to spend quality time with his family for Easter! Thank you so much!! Pizza is on me guys!!! THANK YOU!!! Rating should be 10+ Stars!

I’m very disappointed. I scheduled a state inspection and oil change online a week or so in advance, got the email confirmation for the appointment, came to the store, and then was told they can’t do the inspection because they didn’t have someone there who had the certification for emissions. Why accept the request for a state inspection when you know you can’t complete the state inspection? They said that the specific certification they needed for Erie County was not held by anyone at the store even though this business is in Erie County. I would really have liked to have been contacted and told that they couldn’t do inspections for their own county before I took a day off of work to drive here and had to panic call 5 other places for someone who had an open appointment today on my one day off. I’ve had good experiences here in the past but this total lack of communication on their part has really soured this location for me.

Needed a new headlight, they told me come on in. Within 10mins they had me rolling out even helped me top off my fluids. I've also gone there for regular service. Now I wouldn't go anywhere else in Edinboro. 10/10

I’m gonna say this right now, you won’t find a better group of people. They squeezed me in short noticed, worked with me 100% and had everything done on my car in no time. Where others would have screwed me over, these folks right here saved me tons! Huge shoutout to the Monroe team for sure!! 10/10!

These people are crooks!!!!! After explaining I needed to take my father to a cancer appointment and explained to them my vehicle was shaking, they told me I needed a tune up for $800, I went to Walmart to find out my oil was low!!!!!!! They knew my oil was out and let me leave without letting me know. What horrible people! Shame on you all. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fantastic service! Had emergency tire needs and BAM Cowboy was right on it. He even stayed to finish the work .. Andrew is new manager and who is very committed to great service/ customer satisfaction.. I'd give these guys 10 stars if I could . 5 great BIG stars!
