Friendly pharmacy and managing staff. Our cat needed meds, and we were looking for somewhere where mask usage was enforced. We only saw one customer enter with their mask on and no other customers, but that was a better mask-wearing rate than the previous pharmacy we had visited for the same prescription. Talking to the staff put a smile on our faces. The price was more reasonable also than two other local pharmacy. ~Hemi

I went here on a whim at 9:30. They got my pizza to me pretty quickly and it was AMAZING. I can’t remember the last time I had pizza that tasted so good. I got the alfredo veggie and I could’ve eaten a whole large myself it was so delicious. Not just the toppings, but the pizza dough itself! Perfectly cooked. 10/10 would drive an hour for this again. ~Rylie

Not only were they very helpful with my first order, they redesigned my order to make it look better, even reduced the cost. Definitely one of the best printers in the area. ~Lee

I would give less but the woman that works there keeps it from being a 1. I've never had a problem with the woman, always nice to me. The man that works there is ABSOLUTELY rude, condescending, belittling and gives off the impression he is better than everyone. I don't know what his position is there or better yet how he got the job but he needs to go. I dread having to go since now I have to drop off things atleast 4 times a week. You would think after all these bad reviews someone higher up in UPS would do something about it. ~Alexus

Not receiving my mail but misdelivered from here has become the norm. An important, time sensitive legal document showed on my daily digest but not delivered. Daily digest is pretty much useless except to see what you're supposed to receive, but nothing is done when you report missing mail. I don't think it's the employees as much as we tend to blame them, but when my address is clearly stated on the item and it's misdelivered, I'm sorry but someone isn't paying attention! ~Kathy

Dropped off taxes just for local to be done, which is a charge of $10 and also have been doing this for 3+ years. Well today when I went to pick them up i was told It was $60 total. I politely asked why It would be $60 and they said that’s what It usually is. After they looked over a few things they came to find out it’s because they did local and state. Which i already had my state done by someone different, I told them i only went in there for local which i told the one employee when i dropped them off, I was told not to come there just for local taxes and that It has been like this for 17 years nothing has changed. Mike the older gentlemen told me that they do not only do local taxes and i should have done them myself. But have been going there since 2019 to just get local done and has never been an issue. I do not recommend Parcel Plus If you only want your local taxes done or even want to be treated with respect. ~oG

We adopted a cat from petsmart and the employee, Amelia could not of been any more helpful. She was so knowledgeable and kind and really took the time to answer all our questions. She was a joy to work with. I highly recommend their adoption services. ~Colleen
