Very little for very small dogs. Staff was friendly and helpful. Even in a store that provides the materials for cleaning up you dogs mess, some pet owners are just ignorant!

This store is clean, organized, and friendly. The groomers love my dog and he is always happy to come her and clean as heck! I always get my boy a toy after to! Everyone has a great personality here and ia soooo nice it makes you look past the crazy prices lol. Come here you will not regret it!

For a chain groomer, they’re a bit pricy but they do an excellent job. The girls are always friendly and scheduling online is easy although they’re booking out about 3 weeks lately. I had a nightmare experience with Pet Co grooming and came here instead. We have had no problems and my dog is pretty anxious so it says a lot about their staff being able to keep him at ease.

I have never been to this petsmart but this was a nice one. The people that worked there were friendly. We went there to adopt a cat.. Everyone was helpful and actually if this one was really close to my house I would go there all the time!

Just like any other Petsmart. A little understaffed though in this location. If you need help, you may have to wait a bit. Just be patient as it's not employees' fault for being understaffed. I usually go there when it's not so busy. Place run by one register, again not employees' fault. Good selection for dog and cat food and smaller critters. Some staff is extremely knowledgeable about pets and products, others are a bit clueless. It depends on who you get. But always friendly regardless. If you need knowledge, do your own research before coming. It's a click away! It's not fair to hold a High School student responsible for answering everything and anything about a certain topic. DO YOUR RESEARCH. Have never had any problems with their crickets, dog food and other supplies. They also have cat and kitten rescue on site. Always loved that. They're always taken care of and look happy. The rest of the creepy crawly creatures look happy and well taken care of as well. They have an organic food selection for cats and dogs if you are into high end grain feee products for your little companions. They also have regular food for those that cannot afford $70 for a bag of dog or cat food. Not everyone can go the expensive route and should never be judged for that. Would I recommend this place? Sure!

We adopted a cat from petsmart and the employee, Amelia could not of been any more helpful. She was so knowledgeable and kind and really took the time to answer all our questions. She was a joy to work with. I highly recommend their adoption services.

I love petsmart when comes to grooming my dog. She does not need shaved but the bathing is better and trust in pet smarts hands. My Pitbull is always happy after she gets groomed as in bathing, cutting nails, just the simple basic needs to feel better. Barb was her groomer and she did a great job.
