Awesome store but very small

I enjoyed walking around in this extremely unorganized, collection of "everything". JoAnn Fabrics? Half of store is actually fabric. The other half I'm unable to describe. I did pick up a few interesting things and waited at the register for 3-5 minutes with no employee in sight before leaving my things on the counter and leaving.

Super rude to me and did not treat me with respect. Will be taking my money else where the selection is pretty small too just go to Micheals or hobby lobby for better selection and treatment.

Be careful and watch your receipts! I had several items that were "on sale", the sale sign was clearly placed right on the items and when I got to the counter they did not ring up on sale. I ended up just returning the items instead of making a huge deal of it.

Usually have to wait for someone to come check you out. Sometimes there is a line waiting yet they expect you to wait so you can pay

I have tried for 3 weeks to get an item transferred from a Denver store and the local manager keeps telling me that he will work on this but hasn’t done anything. I stopped in to the store instead of calling and they weren’t helpful either, stating they will leave a note for him. I do NOT recommend this store. The Denver associates were very helpful but the transfer has to initiate through the cheyenne store.

Madison was very helpful and pleasant at check out. Please try to be better about doing price updates. Craft items are expensive and after checking prices online and going in and having my yarn marked at a much higher price caused panic and me to only get half of what I had been planning on. It rang up correctly but I didn't want to hold the gal up waiting for me go back and get more.
