Best mailbox rental service in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (PA) 2024

Thank you. | Shipped a package in late June, paid for signature and insurance, customer said it was lost, tracking never updated after it arrived in his city. Called corporate, they couldn't help, told me to work with the store. Contacted store and have been getting the run around for months trying to get my $$$ back for the lost/stolen package that was worth ~$600. The owner of the store (or whoever I've spoken with) never calls back, never follows up. Every single time I call and leave my information (tracking #, phone #, claim #) I'm told I'll hear back soon. It has been almost three months. I want my money. This is ridiculous. ~Brian

Jumping in to review my neighborhood UPS Store, which for years has had rock solid customer service. This is THE store I chose for my shipping needs, and I send a lot of random stuff to family and friends out-of-state. Scott and the entire team at this location make shipping transactions smooth.
